According to Structure Liberalism, postwar political order in the West has been characterized by security practice of co-binding, the penetrated and reciprocal character of American hegemony, the semi-sovereign and partial powers of Japan and Germany, economic openness, as well as identity of the west. It suggests that, while Industrialism is the foundation, the direct cause of order in the West is A-merican hegemony . To it, postwar order in the West is a kind of open and reciprocal political and economic order with the US as leader. Since the factors determining the order still exist after the Cold War, great powers in the West will not go back to traditional power struggle, and US will not step forward for imperial domi-ning the order atill exist after the COld War,great powers in the West will not go back tn traditional power struggle, and US will not step foward for imperial domi-nance.
