依据图书馆信息文化、信息管理及服务的内涵,阐述了加强图书馆工作者自身文化素质和服务能力的重要性。并就图书馆如何做好信息文化服务进行了表述。

According to the connotations of the information culture, information management and information service of the library, this paper discusses on the importance of improving the cultural quality and service ability of the librarians, and probes into the measures for strengthening the construction of the information culture and doing well the information service.
