由于传统观念的影响,图书馆队伍从结构到素质都不适应新形势下图书馆工作的需要,因此必须加强队伍建设,增强团队意识,全面提高个体素质,营造清新、现代、典雅、文明的氛围,让图书馆在提高服务质量中生存、发展。

Because of the influence of the traditional conception, the quality and the structure of librarian ranks can't fit in with the requirements of the library work under the new situation, therefore, must strengthen the construction of the ranks, strengthen the team spirit, improve the individual quality in all-round way, and establish a fresh, modern, elegant and civil atmosphere for the purpose of letting the library exist and develop in the course of improving the service quality.
