非理性因素(情感、意志、欲望和需要等)在人力资源的开发和管理中是一个非常重要的因素。在人力资源的开发中,图书馆要重视非理性因素对图书馆员的影响,积极发挥其非理性因素的正面效应,消除其非理性因素的负面影响。
The irrational factors such as the emotion, will, desire, and requirement, etc. are very important factors in the development and management of the human resources.
