通过对知识服务的内涵、特点的分析,提出了知识经济时期知识服务的服务流程、运营模式、技术支持和组织保障。
This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge service, and puts forward the service procedures, operation modes, technical support and organization assurance of the knowledge service in the knowledge economy period.
