摘要
系统地研究了可控气氛在热处理中的碳势,通过对炉气碳势的影响因素、碳势的测量方法、碳势的控制原理与方法的分析与综合,对影响炉气碳势的不利因素进行了剖析。同时针对这些不利因素,对炉气碳势的测量与控制方法进行了研究,提出了目前最佳的渗碳工艺方法,即在整个渗碳过程中对碳势进行台阶式控制的方法。
This paper systematically studies the enhanced carbon content in heat treatment in controllable atmosphere, and from researching on the influencing factor of carbon content, measuring method and controlling principle and means of carbon content, analyzes on the unfavorable affecting factors of the carbon content, and puts forward the best carbonizing technology, that is to make sidestep controlling for the carbon content in the course of the carbonization..
