企业的核心员工是其核心能力的人才载体,是企业利润的源泉。分析了核心员工的特点,并就企业如何留住核心员工,最大限度地激发其潜力,将企业的核心能力高效率地转化为生产力等问题进行了探讨。
The key staff, who is a talented carrier of enterprise's core ability, is the source of enterprise's profit. This paper analyzes on the features of the core staff, and probes into the problems of how to keep the core staff, motivate his latent ability as much as possible, and transform enterprise's core ability into the productivity highly efficiently.
