Based on the investigation of mass-managed organization in the West Eighth Branch Canal of Fenhe Third Dam, this paper sums up several forms of the mass-managed organizations, and puts forward some problems needing attention in the construction of the mass-managed organizations fitting in with the development of the productivity.
