大学生因恋爱不当而引发的犯罪案件已有诸多报道,有的作案手段极其残忍,引起社会和各高校的警惕和思考。文章探讨了大学生因恋爱不当而引发的性犯罪种类,对其产生的原因进行了分析,并对如何减少以至消除大学生因恋爱不当而引发的性犯罪提出了自己的见解。

It has been reported that the undergraduates' delinquency cases often occur during the amativeness when they cannot do well in it. Most of these delinquency actions are very cruel. This has caused the attention of the society and university. The thesis discusses the kinds and the reasons of the offend of sex during the amativeness of the undergraduates and gives opinions of how to reduce and prevent it.
