摘要
通过两年的蚕豆/小麦间作试验发现,混种蚕豆根瘤量显著高于单种,其中2001年处理比对照高36.45%,2002年处理比对照高55.51%.盆栽试验发现适度粒度土壤促进蚕豆结瘤,在5种不同粒度的土壤中,3~5 mm粒度的处理其根瘤鲜重最大.利用小麦根系分泌物处理蚕豆的盆栽试验结果表明,4个不同时期土培的50株小麦根系分泌物处理的蚕豆,结瘤量最大值分别为根系分泌物被稀释至125倍、625倍、25倍和25倍的处理.
Fababean was planted by diversity in two years, we found that the fresh nodule weight of fababean by diversity are significantly higher than the non-diversity. The treatment of 2001 are higher 36.45% than the CK,and the treatment of 2002 are higher 55.51%. When fababeans were planted in five different granule soil, we found that there were the biggest effect of nodulation when fababeans were planted in the soil between (3?mm) and (5?mm). We concluded that soil granule size contributed the effect of nodulatin on fababean. When fabebeans were treated by different terms of 50 wheat root exudates, The best effect of root exudates of four periods wheat cultivated in soil was when they were diluted by 125 times, 625 times, 25 times and 25 times, respectively.
