摘要 本文针对隔板管式冷却装置的几何特点和流动方式,提出了其几何描述方法及相应的存储管理技术。将适用于型腔计算的“中面边界元法”成功地应用于隔板管的计算。在微机上开发了全套应用软件。分析结果表明,采用本文提出的方法,比国内外冷却模拟软件中所经常采用的简化方法可以大大提高计算精度,真实地反映隔板管的冷却效果。 In this paper, the geometric description method as well as storage and management technique for the buffer were studied. The boundary element method for cavity cooling analysis was successfully applied to buffer. A software package running on PC has been developed. The calculation results indicated that, compared with the commonly accepted simplified methods, the method proposed by authors can greatly raise calculation accuracy.
