摘要
用乌斯特条干测试仪在不同的工艺条件下进行了多组试验,分析了络筒、捻线工艺对纱线条干均匀度、粗节、细节、棉结的影响,指出:从管纱到筒纱条干恶化的根本原因是摩擦损伤以及由于张力作用导致的纱线线密度变化和捻回重新分布;单纱经过捻线工序能改善条干,不同的捻线工艺路线对纱线条干CV值产生不同的影响。
Groups of test is done in different technology condition by Uster tester, and influence of coning and twister technology on yarn evenness, slub, thin place and neps are analyzed. The result shows that the fundamental reasons of worse evenness from bobbin yarn to cheese are friction impairment and linear density change & twist redistribution because of tension function. Through twister process, single yarn can improve evenness, and different twister technology route have different influence on yarn evenness CV value.
