摘要
从原棉性能、工艺过程分析了成纱结杂产生的原因和各工序分布情况,通过合理配棉、降低原料中杂质数量,改进清梳工艺、减少半制品棉结数量,合理控制车间温湿度,从而减少成纱结杂,提高纱线质量。
Generating reasons of neps & trash and distribution in each process are analyzed through raw cotton property and technology process. By cotton assorting reasonably, reducing trash quantity in materials, innovating opening and cleaning process, reducing neps quantity in semi-finished goods and controlling workshop moisture temperature to reduce neps & trash in yarn and enhance yarn quality.
