对涤纶短纤维与棉混纺三道并条工艺中罗拉中心距、后张力牵伸、后区牵伸进行了优选试验,对于混并工艺有了进一步的认识,解决了生产中遇到的台面断条问题,提高了混纺条的条干均匀度,为提高成纱质量打下了基础。

Optimizing test of roller center-to-center distance, back tension draft and back zone draft in three passage drawing process of polyester short fiber cotton blending yarn is done, and further realization of mixed drawing is got. Problems of broken on the reeling table in the production is resolved and blending sliver evenness is advanced, so yarn quality is enhanced.
