摘要
在主应力法的基础上,本文提出了力学分块法,推导出圆柱体(H/D>1)在普通平板间镦粗时应力场的计算公式,并具体计算和分析了高径比H/D—1.63的镦粗体内部的应力场。其计算结果同物理模拟[1]相符,并进一步证明与发展了刚塑性力学模型的拉应力理论[2]。
In this paper, the mechanical slab method is proposed based on the principal stress method, the calculation formulae of the stress field of a cylinder (H/D>1 ) being upset between common flat platens are dedued, and the stress field of an upset body with ratio of height to diameter H/D ̄ 1. 63 is calculated and analysed. The calculation result is compared with the physical simulation[1], and the tension stress theory of a rigid-plastic-mechanical model is further testified and developed.
