辊式楔横轧接触面的解析分析

Analysis of Contact Surface in Roller Type Cross Wedge Rolling

本文在对辊式楔横轧轧制过程进行分析的基础上，建立了辊式楔横轧的几何数学模型，确定了辊式楔横轧模具与轧件轧制接触面的曲面方程及边界方程。最后利用计算机辅助绘图技术，将结果以图形显示方式形象输出。

ased on the analysis of the process of cross wedge rolling, the geometry model of rolled part and tool has been established. The contact surface of rolled part with tool has been studied, the contact surface equations and the boundary curve equations have been presented. The software package of a computer aided drafting of the part during rolled has been developed. The contact surface has been displayed in images.
