工程造价的模糊测算及其在工程投标中的应用

THE FUZZY ESTIMATION OF PROJECT COST AND ITS APPLICATION IN PROJECT BIDDING

传统的工程投标报价中直接费计算细致而繁复,即便利用计算机编程计算,由于机器识图的困难性,仍需人做大量的工作。本文基于模糊性度量理论,用加权Hamming距离作同类工程相似程度判断,进而提出一种造价快速测算方法。从文中给出的算例知该法具备良好的可信度。利用模糊测算方法在工程投标中估算对手报价,可作为报价策略的一个补充。

In conventional quoted price calculation of project bidding, calculation of direct cost is most complicated and needs carefulness, even if computer is employed, because of the difficulty of computer's recognizing blueprint, heavy task still needs to be done by people. Based on the theory of fuzziness degree, the similarity of same kind project may be judged by using weighted Hamming distance, then a new method for fast-calculating project cost is created. The example calculation in the paper shows the good credibility of this method. Estimating opponent's quoted price in project bidding by help of fuzzy estimation can be used as a supplement to auoted price strategies.
