我国已加入了WTO,各行业、领域和阶层都将与社会接轨,无论是政治、经济、文化、教育、社会生活等方面都受到强烈的冲击,作者从档案工作者的自身出发,浅谈加入WTO对档案管理行政工作的挑战; 对档案法制建设的挑战;对档案信息的安全性、保密性的挑战;对原有的档案管理方式的挑战;对档案管理人、财、物的需求;对档案人员素质的新要求。

Our country has joined the WTO, every profession and trade , field and stratum will be integrated with the society. No matter what respects such as the politics, economy culture , education , society life all will be received the strong impact . Proceeding from the file workers' own experience , The author discusses challenge to the file administration work; challenge to the legal construction of the file, challenge to security and privacy of file information, challenge to the management style of the already existing file, demand for the manpower, financial resources and material resources of file administration and new demand to personnel's quality of the file by accession to the WTO.
