Evaluation Model of System Construction Correspondence of Technology Innovation Capability of the Enterprise

企业技术创新能力是由若干要素构成的一种系统能力。各组成要素之间的协调性是反映企业技术创新能力的重要参数。本文在构建企业技术创新能力指标体系的基础上,采用统计学中的变化系数来体现各指标间的协调程度,并给出模拟实证数据作进一步说明。

Technology Innovation Capability of the Enterprise is a system capability which consists of a number of components. Correspondence of each component reflects the lever of this capability. Constituting the quota system,the paper gives the degree of correspondence of this capability by variety coefficient of statistics, and proceeds with the simulative study.
