摘要
介绍了光谱分析的基本原理和分析实例。实际应用表明,光谱分析能测定润滑油中金属元素磨损的上限值,合理确定润滑油的换油周期,为生产设备的状态检测与故障诊断提供理论依据。
The basic principle and examples are introduced for spectral analysis. Actual application indicates that the spectral analysis can be used to analyze the upper limits of metal element wear in lubricant detection, properly determine the lubricant changing cycles and provide basis for inspection of production facilities and failure diagnosis.
