一种带有封闭气腔的保温板研制

摘要 建筑屋面的保温和隔热处理是建筑节能的一个重要内容,为此研制了一种带有“封闭气腔”的水泥珍珠岩保温板。应用空气间层的保温与隔热原理,通过多层匀质材料组成的维护结构的传热方面的理论计算,确定了该保温板的制作工艺为特殊定做专用成型气袋施工法;材料选择论证表明,封闭气腔与水泥珍珠岩板结合是一种理想的保温隔热材料。 Roof covering insulation treatment is an important job. A cement-perlite insulation plate with “seal cavity” is developed. By using the principle of air interlayer insulation, it is determined that the process for the insulation plate is a special forming process of air pocket through the theoretical calculation of insulation of maintaining structure composed of multi-layer homogeneous materials; the demonstration of material selection shows that the combination of seal air cavity and cement perlite plate is an ideal insulation material.
