This paper deals with the interaction between Internet culture and the digital library.The impact of Internet application at the cost of the traditional library helps to speed up the digital library construction while the latter plays a special role in Internet culture in spreading Chinese culture,optimizing Internet culture and enhancing the effective application of knowledge.
