摘要 目的探讨阿魏酸钠(SF)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠心肌非酶糖基化的影响。方法对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的DM大鼠灌胃给予SF110mg/(kg.d)治疗8周,测定各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及血清果糖胺(FMN)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,并用酶免法测定心肌糖基化终产物(AGEs)含量。结果DM大鼠心肌AGEs及血清FMN、MDA显著高于对照组,血清SOD、CAT活性降低,SF治疗显著改善上述指标的变化。结论SF可显著抑制DM大鼠心肌AGEs的形成,机制与其保护抗氧化酶有关。 ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of sodium ferulate (SF) on the nonenzymatic glycation of myocardial tissue in diabetic rats. MethodsThe diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were treated with SF ((110 mg/kg)) per day for 8 weeks. The level of fructosamine (FMN), malondialdehyde (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in serum were measured. The glycation end products (AGEs) in myocardial tissue were measured with competitive ELISA. ResultsThe levels of AGEs in myocardial tissue and the levels of serum FMN, MDA in diabetic control group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. The activity of serum SOD and CAT in diabetic control group were significantly lower than those in normal group. Administration of SF to diabetic rats induced by STZ can improve these changes. ConclusionThe protection of antioxidant enzymes by SF may explain the inhibition of AGEs formation.
