106例颌下区手术临床回顾性分析

A retrospective study of 106 cases of disease in submandibular region

目的总结分析颌下区手术的方法及并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析106例颌下区病变的年龄、性别、病理类型、手术方法及并发症的类型和预防。结果106例均行颌下腺及病灶切除手术,83%取得了满意的疗效;11%出现面神经下颌缘支暂时性损伤;2_8%切口感染;1.8%舌神经损伤;1.8%术后复发;O.9%术后出血。结论周密的手术设计、熟悉的局部解剖和严谨的手术操作是预防并发症发生的关键。

Objective To evaluate the treatment and prevention of surgical complications in submandibular region. Methods 106 cases of patients undergone surgery in submandibular region were reviewed and presented with respect to ages ,sexes , pathological findings, surgical approach and complications. Results Of 106 cases underwent resection of primary tumor and submandibular gland, 83% of the cases came with satisfactory results. The injury of mandibular branch nerve occurred in 11% of cases. Postoperative infection accounted for 2.8% . 1.8% resulted in injury of tongue never with an equal percentage of recurrence. Postoperative bleeding ranked only 0.9%. Conclusion The key to prevent surgical complications involves careful planning for surgery, a good knowledge of topographic anatomy and strictly controlled operative procedure.
