摘要
本文从论述长幅摆线针轮行星传动啮合原理入手,分析出由长幅摆线行星轮齿顶几何设计确定的主要参数的值域;建立起该传动的各项性能计算式;在上述基础上揭示出传动性能与主要参数之间的关系,指出主要参数的最佳取值范围。
From the beginning on discussion of mating principle of curtate epicycloid pin-teeth epicyclic transmission,the range of main parameters is determined by analysing the geometric design of tooth top of curtate curve gear, and the calculating formulas of transmission performance are established. Then, the relation between transmission performance and main parameters is revealed, thus pointing out the optimum selecting range of main parameters.
