利用光卤石和硫酸镁制取硫酸钾的相图研究

A Study of Phase Diagram Applied to the Production of Potassium Sulfate with Carnallite and Magnessium Sulfate

通过Ｋ￣＋，Ｍｇ￣（２＋）∥Ｃｌ￣－，ＳＯ４￣＝—Ｈ＿２Ｏ四元交互体系及Ｋ￣＋，Ｍ＿ｇ￣（２＋）∥ＳＯ—Ｈ＿２Ｏ三元体系相图分析，获得了以光卤石和硫酸镁为原料制取硫酸钾的二种工艺路线，通过比较，选出了一种简单、可行、易实现的工艺流程，并进行了物料计算。

In this paper,we have analyzed the phase diagrams(K￣+,Mg￣(2+)Cl￣-,SO·H_2O and K￣+,Mg￣(2+)SO·H_2O).We have also obtained two methods of producing potassi-um sulfate with carnallite and magnessium sulfate. By comparison,we have chosen.a bettermethod, which has some characteristics such as simplicity,rcliability and easy industrial-ization,and have made calculations of the materials.
