摘要
通过K ̄+,Mg ̄(2+)∥Cl ̄-,SO4 ̄=—H_2O四元交互体系及K ̄+,M_g ̄(2+)∥SO—H_2O三元体系相图分析,获得了以光卤石和硫酸镁为原料制取硫酸钾的二种工艺路线,通过比较,选出了一种简单、可行、易实现的工艺流程,并进行了物料计算。
In this paper,we have analyzed the phase diagrams(K ̄+,Mg ̄(2+)Cl ̄-,SO·H_2O and K ̄+,Mg ̄(2+)SO·H_2O).We have also obtained two methods of producing potassi-um sulfate with carnallite and magnessium sulfate. By comparison,we have chosen.a bettermethod, which has some characteristics such as simplicity,rcliability and easy industrial-ization,and have made calculations of the materials.
