胆石症患者手术前后血清总胆汁酸的变化及临床意义分析

The changes of serum total bile acids level in patients with gallstone disease before and after operation and its clinical significance

目的 观察血清总胆汁酸(TBA)在胆石症患者手术前后的变化及临床意义。方法 对我院92例经临床确诊为胆石症且手术治疗的住院患者进行术前术后TBA、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)的测定并对其进行比较。结果 胆石症患者术后第2天TBA、ALP、GGT均下降,但TBA下降最快。在术后良好组中,仅TBA在术后第4天及第7天与正常对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0. 05);在术后不良组中,TBA在术后第4天及第7天发生反弹。结论 胆石症患者手术前后TBA的动态检测,对了解患者的恢复、判断预后有一定的价值。

Objective To observe the change of serum total bile acids(TBA) in patients with gallstone disease before and after operation and its clinical significance. Methods Serum TBA, alkaline phosphatase(ALP), γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT) in 92 patients with gallstone disease before and after operation were measured. Results The levels of TBA, ALP, GGT in gallstone disease patients dropped the second day after operation of the good group. TBA dropped most fast. When the operation was successful, TBA level at 4th day the 7th day after operation had no difference compared to control group (P>0.05). In the unsuccessful operation group, the level of TBA rose at 4th day and the 7th day. Conclusions Monitoring the serum TBA level of patients with gallstone disease before and after operation is useful to understanding the recovery and prognosis.
