摘要
本文通过对空气蓄热室的热平衡计算和综合传热系数的分析,确认,燃煤气玻璃窑炉助燃空气增湿处理,只要控制得当,就不会影响熔制工艺参数,并能显著地提高助燃空气的温度,达到节能的目的。
This paper confirms that combustion-supporting air wetted in gas-firedkiln,controlled properly,can influence the melting process,by means of calctilating the heatbalance and analysing the heat transfer coefficient in an air regenerator.And it can obviouslyincrease the temperarure of combustion-supporting air and save energy.
