摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱电喷雾质谱测定饲料中莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的方法。方法:采用丙酮提取样品,选用ZOBAXSBC18型色谱柱,流动相0.02mol/L醋酸胺∶乙腈(80∶20),通过质谱对样品确证。结果:方法对莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的平均回收率分别为76.4%和78.5%,方法的最低检出限分别为15.3μg/kg和30.7μg/kg。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定饲料中莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of ractopamine and clenbuterol in feeds with liquid chromatography mass spectrometry system that incorporates electrospray ionazation interface.Methods:The specimen was extracted with acetone, and chromatographic conditions included a ZOBAX SB C 18 column with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate∶acetonitrile ( 80∶20).Finally, the specimen was identified by mass spectrometry.Results:The rate of recovery of ractopamine and clenbuterol was 76.4%,78.5% separately, with the detection limit of 15.3 μg/kg and 30.7 μg/kg respectively.Conclusion:The method was simple and precise, so that it could be used for the determination of ractopamine and clenbuterol in feeds.
