氟是茶中含有的特殊非金属元素。本文采用氟离子选择电极法测定不同品质茶中可溶氟元素的含量。实验结果表明可溶性氟元素的含量与茶的品质存在相关性，并提供了氟元素溶出速率的有关信息。据此，作者认为在各种防龋过程中茶防龋齿是安全、有效和方便的方法。
