烤瓷修复后并发症的临床研究

A clinical study on the complications of the restoration of the porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge-crown-an analysis of 415 cases.

目的:探讨烤瓷冠桥修复并发症的原因、临床表现以及预防、处理的措施。方法:通过分析415例烤瓷冠桥修复后不适的原因,针对其临床表现,提出相应的预防、处理措施。结果:根据烤瓷冠桥修复后不适的原因、临床表现,采取相应的补救措施,以至更改原设计重做,提高了病人的满意度和生存质量。结论:烤瓷冠桥修复后出现的症状通过一定的方法处理可以取得很好的效果,把握设计、制作过程的每个环节,是烤瓷冠桥美观、稳固的基本条件。

Objective: To find out the causes and clinical manifestation of complications of the restoration of the porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge-crown (PFM) , and to make a suggestion on the preventive measures and treatmental methods. Methods: To analyze the complications of post-restoration in 415 cases. Results: 87 cases with black marginal gingiva (13.7%) , 115 patients complaining of bad appearance (18.1%) , 58 cases with food impaction ( 9.1%) , 67 cases with pain complaint (10.6%) , 210 cases with periodontitis ( 33.1%) , 46 cases with crumbling porcelain (7.2%) , 37 patients complaining of dislocation of restoration (5.8%) , 15 cases with bridge loosed (2.4%) .Conclusion: The complications of post-restoration of the PFM can be relieved or got rid of by some treatment; It is important that procedure of fabricating the PFM should affect its appearance and intensity.
