摘要
目的:在系统水平上认识人脑的睡眠过渡过程,以寻求监测睡眠过渡过程的方法。方法:选择2004-01/02对中南民族大学睡眠良好者15人进行睡眠中的行为反应实验,获取行为反应量。结果:实验中30min内入睡率达到87%,睡眠潜伏期平均值(7.25±0.97)min,行为反应量与脑电图所反映的脑状态一致,且能反应睡眠过渡过程中脑状态的微小变化。结论:以行为反应量监测睡眠过渡过程,结果可靠,对被试者干扰小。
AIM:To cognize the sleep transition process of human brain on the system level ,so as to find a method for monitoring the sleep transition process. METHODS:The test of behavioral response during sleep was carried out among 15 good sleepers in South Central University for Nationalities from January to Feb ruary 2004,and their behavioral response magnitudes were obtained. RESULTS:The rate of falling asleep within 30 minutes was 87%,the average slee p latency was (7.25±0.97) minutes. Behavioral response magnitude was concordant with electroenciphalogram in reflecting brain status, and it could also reflect the slight changes of brain status during sleep transition process. CONCLUSION:Sleep transition process monitored by behavioral response magnitude has reliable results, and fewer interference to the testees.
