摘要 目的:运动可导致血液流变性的改变,从宏观和微观状态分析运动对血液流变性的影响。。资料来源:检索近30年内中国的体育期刊,检索内容为运动对血液流变性、运动对红细胞变形性、聚集性以及药物对血液流变性影响。资料选择:选择运动对宏观血液流变性、微观血液流变性影响以及药物对运动后血液流变性影响的相关文献86篇。资料提炼:在86篇文献资料中,删除内容不同程度重复的16篇,对70篇文献进行分类整理,其中25篇作为参考文献。资料综合:运动对血液流变性影响的研究已从过去的宏观流变转为微观流变,主要集中在红细胞变形性。急性运动可引起血液流变性的改变。这种改变主要表现为血容量、红细胞压积、红细胞数量、红细胞变形性和聚集性的变化,而且这些变化与运动强度、持续时间有很大关系。短时间大强度运动,红细胞数量将出现不同程度的增加,运动强度越大增加越明显。而血浆容量随运动时间的延长,将减少。短时间大强度运动和长时间力竭运动都易使红细胞变形性降低,聚集性增加。长期系统训练使血液流变性产生良好适应性变化,表现为:①血容量增加、红细胞数量和红细胞压积相对减少。②长期运动训练使红细胞变形能力增强。结论:一次急性运动使血容量减少、红细胞数量增多,同时红细胞的变形性降低、聚集性增加。? OBJECTIVE:Exercises can lead to the changes of hemorheological properties.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of exercise on hemorheological properties both macroscopically and microcosmically. DATA SOURCES:The Chinese sports periodicals in the latest 30 years were search ed to find the articles about the influences of exercises on the hemorheological properties and the deformability and conglomeration of erythrocyte,and the effe cts of drug on the hemorheological properties. STUDY SELECTION: Totally 86 articles about the influence of exercise on the ma croscopic and microcosmic hemorheological properties,and the hemorheological pro perties after exercise were collected. DATA EXTRACTION:Among the 86 articles, 16 with repetitive contents to differen t degree were deleted,and the rest 70 were classified and sorted,25 of which ser ved as references. DATA SYNTHESIS:The researches of the influence of exercise on the hemorheologi cal properties had changed from macroscopically to microcosmically,which concent rated mainly on erythrocyte deformability.Urgent exercise could cause the change s of hemorheological properties,and the changes mainly manifested by the changes of blood volume,haematocrit,number of erythrocytes, deformability and conglomer ation of erythrocyte,which were greatly correlated with the intensity and durati on of exercise.Under strenuous exercise for a short time,the number of erythrocy tes would increase to different degree,the greater the intensity of exercise, th e more obvious the increase.The blood volume would decrease with the prolongatio n of exercise time.Both short term strenuous exercise and long term exhausted exercise were easy to decrease the deformability and increase the conglomeration of erythrocyte.Long term systematic training could lead to the better adaptive changes of hemorheological properties with the manifestations of ①increase of blood volume, and relatively reduced number of erythrocytes and haematocrit;②en hanced deformability of erythrocytes. CONCLUSION:Once urgent exercise can decrease the blood volume and increase the number of erythrocytes;At the same time,it decreases the deformability and incr eases the conglomeration of erythrocyte.Long term and systematic training can i mprove the erythrocyte deformability.
