摘要
天然来源的药物研究近年来方兴未艾,菲并吲哚里西定类生物碱目具有抗肿瘤等生理活性而倍受关注.对自然界中存在的菲并吲哚里西定类生物碱的生物活性以及全合成策略进行了综述.
In recent years natural medicine study has becomes fascinating. Phenan throindolizidine alkaloids, which have antitumor activity and other bioactivities, have been studied for almost fifty years. In this paper the bioactivities and total synthesis of phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids were reviewed.
