A New Formula for Calculating Pitch Point Coordinates of Spiroid Gears

设计锥蜗杆传动,必须计算节点坐标。在以往计算节点坐标时,要解四次方方程,这给设计工作带来了很大的不便。本文提出了利用节点角σ_p近似求节点坐标的新公式,新公式大大地简化了计算,其结果误差很小,完全满足工程设计的需要。

It is necessary to calculate the coordinates of the pitch point in designing a spiroid gearing. In the past, it was inevitable to solve an equation of the fourth degree to find the coordinates of the pitch point, which is not convenient to designers. In this paper, a new formula is presented to calculate the coordinates of the pitch point by using pitch point angle δ, which greatly simplifies the process of calculation and the error of calculation is within the permission of engineering.
