摘要
黑龙江省有80%以上的大豆制品企业产品仍属于初级加工产品,传统、新兴和营养保健三大系列大豆产品没有形成合理规模和比例,而作为营养保健功能的大豆深加工产品的研制和开发仍处于起步阶段。因此,必须优化大豆产品结构,大幅度提高产品质量和档次,增加中高档产品、高附加值产品、技术密集型、知识型产品的比重。
Over 80% of soybean products of in Heilongjiang Province still belong to elementary products.It has not been formed the pattern in scale for traditional,new and health-keeping soybean products.The research of deep processed soybean products in this aspect is still at the starting stage.So,we should optimize the structure of soybean products and improve product quality and enlarge the scale,increase the proportion of high-grade goods,high value added products,technology-intensive,knowledge type products.
