摘要
试验了甲苯胺蓝分光光度法测定果蔬中抗坏血酸含量的方法,该法的线性工作曲线为O.D.=-0.0102C+0.6313,R2=-0.9904,线性范围为2.2～33μg/mL。用于果蔬样品测定并进行加标回收试验,回收率在95%以上。
A method of spectrophotometric determination of ascorbic acid in fruits or vegetables with toluidine blue was discussed. The ascorbic acid content had negative correlation with absorption at 2.2～33μg/mL and the regression equation was O.D.=-0.0102C+0.6313 (R2=-0.9904). The method was used to determine the ascorbic acid content in fruits or vegetables and the recovery rate was over 95% with addition of standard ascorbic acid.
