摘要
介绍了智能矿井瓦斯传感器自动调零和校正灵敏度的机理,通过对现场测试结果的统计分析,求得了补偿零点和校正灵敏度的依据。设计了以80C31单片机为核心的自动调校系统,并给出系统自动调校前后的试验对比结果。
This paper presented the mechanism of automatic adjustment of zero and correction of sensitivity of mine intelligent methane sensor. The statistical analysis of the result measured from the underground was adopted as a basis of the compensation for correction of the zero point and sensitivity. The design of the automatic adjustment and correction system 80C31 single-chip microcomputer as its center was studied. Meanwhile, the testing results revealed without and with the automatic adjustment and correction system were given.
