降低汽轮发电机组高压加热器停运率的途径

METHOD ON REDUCING THE OFF-STREAM RATIO OF HIGH PRESSURE HEATER FOR STEAM TURBINE GENERATOR SET

针对上海石油化工股份有限公司热电总厂50MW汽轮发电机组高压加热器停运率高的问题,分析了其中的原因,提出了检修、运行采取的措施,从而提高了发电经济效益和全厂管理水平。

In accordance with the problem of high off-stream ratio for high pressure heater of 50 MV steam turbine set in Shanghai petrochemical steam power complex, the reason in it was analyzed. The measure adopted for repair operation was proposed. The economic benefit of electric power and management level of whole plant were raised.
