摘要
结合检修过程,简要阐述了高压螺纹锁紧环换热器的拆装程序,着重分析了检修中存在的几个主要问题及采取的相应措施;给出了管程和壳程垫片螺栓预紧力的计算方法。
In combination with the process of maintenance, the disassembly procedure of high pressure thread locking ring heat exchanger was mentioned. Several problems existed in maintenance and adopted corresponding measures were analyzed emphatically. The calculation method for bolt pretightening force of tube side gasket and shell side gasket were proposed.
