YFJ热反射隔热防腐涂料的模拟试验研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用两种模拟试验方法验证了YFJ热反射隔热防腐涂料的隔热效果,并与常用的银粉漆等做了比较。试验结果表明,在环境温度为25-36℃时,使用YFJ隔热防腐涂料可使罐内温度较涂银粉漆的降低12-18℃,较未涂的降低17-22℃,节能效益明显;在环境温度为31-35℃时,使用YFJ隔热防腐涂料可使罐内90号汽油的挥发压力和内部温度较涂银粉漆的分别降低3-6kPa及5-8℃。环境温度越高,节能效果越好。 By the use of two type simulation testing methods, the heat insulation effect of YFJ heat reflect heat insulation anti- corrosion painting was verified, and compared with common silver powder painting. Testing results showed that: when the ambient temperature was25-36℃, the internal temperature of tank applied the YFJ heat insulation anti- corrosive painting could reduce 12-18℃ than applied sil- ver powder painting, and reduce 17-22℃ than without applied any painting. The effectiveness of energy saving was obvious; when the ambient temperature was31-35℃, the volatile pressure of 90# gasoline in the tank and the internal temperature of tank applied YFJ heat insulation anti corrosive painting could reduce separately 3-6kPa and 5-8℃ than without applied silver power painting. The higher the ambient temperature, the better the energy saving.
