WBS编码在某大型石化装置项目管理中的应用

APPLICATION OF WBS CODE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF LARGE SCALE PETROCHEMICAL PROJECT

工作分解结构(Work Breakdown Structure,以下缩写为WBS)的概念以及应用范围伴随着国际项目管理水平的提高而不断发展。尽管在国内的刊物和网站上可以经常见到有关WBS编码结构的理论论述,但WBS编码在国内项目中成功应用的实例并不多见。笔者以某一个在建的大型石化装置的EPC总承包项目为背景,介绍WBS编码在项目管理中的具体应用。
