摘要
采用改进的有机金属路线成功合成了三乙基硼,并将其与正丙胺配合,生成一种在空气中可以稳定存在的三乙基硼正丙胺配合物。应用该配合物与酸性解络合剂构成聚合反应引发体系,研究了在分别用乙酸和α-丙烯酸作酸性解络合剂条件下,该引发体系引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合作高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)板黏结剂时,引发体系浓度与胶黏产物聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布,以及黏结PE-HD板的拉伸剪切强度之间的关系。结果表明,在不对PE-HD板进行特殊表面处理的情况下,应用该黏结体系也能取得较好的黏结效果。
An initiator based on triethylborane was synthesized via a modified organometallic route. In order to reduce the flammability of triethylborane, it was complexed with n-propylamine to generate a complex which is stable in air. The complex thus obtained could be activated with certain acids to release free triethylborane. The complex was employed in the polymerization of MMA with the activating of acrylic acid and acetic acid, respectively. The effect of concentration of complex on the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and tensile shear strengths of the polymers were studied. When the obtained PMMA was used as an adhesive for PE-HD sheet, satisfactory bonding was achieved even without pre-treatment of the surface of PE-HD.
