Development Progress of Microcapsule Flame Retardants

综述了微胶囊技术的发展史,概述了微胶囊阻燃剂相对于传统阻燃剂的优点,并介绍了微胶囊阻燃剂的5种制备方法:界面聚合法、原位聚合法、相分离法、乳液-溶剂蒸发法、物理机械法以及微胶囊的囊壁材料、囊芯材料的研究进展和微胶囊阻燃剂的应用概况。

The developing of microcapsule flame retardants and their advantages over the traditional ones were introduced.Five preparative methods for microcapsule flame retardants were introduced,i.e.,interfacial polymerization,in-situ polymerization,phase separating,latex-solvent vaporizing,and physical-mechnical methods.In addition,the core and shell materials for the capsules and their applications were also reviewed.
