Community organization building in transforming society——Case survey for community organization in Shenzhen

以深圳市为例,分析了转型社会中社区组织建设中的新动向,讨论了社区管理体制转变的动因,指出社区组织建设的目的并不是要强化国家权力对基层社区的控制,而是要在社区层面形成法治框架内的新型社区政治。

Community management pattern at present, called “two-level government, three-level management”, enlarges institutional nets by which governments manipulate society. Real resistance of changing community management system probably stems form expanding partiality of governmental power. The purpose of community organization building is not to further control gross-root society, but shape new community politics in law frame.
