摘要
本文提出一种常规型游梁式抽油机的平衡节能新方法“二次平衡法”,并进行了相应的理论分析与优化计算,还提出了一种“二次平衡”法的具体实施方案。试算表明,采用这种方法,节能效果在25%以上,比现有常规型游梁式抽油机改造为偏置相位抽油机其节能效果为13%有较大幅度提高。
A 'second counterbalance method' for saving power is presented which is used with conventional beam-pumping units, and theoretical analysis and optimum calculations are carried out in this paper. A scheme is given for practical applications which modifies the conventional beam-pumping units a bit. The calculated results show that more than 25 percent energy can be saved by using this method, which is much greater than 13 percent energy-saving obtained by modifying the conventional beam-pumping units into on out-of-phase one.
