摘要
阐述我国食用菌的发展现状、质量安全现状、存在的问题,提出我国食用菌产业在国内生产方面自身的不足及其解决的对策措施。
Current situation in recent years for edible fungus of safety in quality in China were reviewed, proposed the deficiency in producing edible fungus in domestic and advice some the methods and countermeasures.
