摘要
红薯渣为红薯淀粉加工过程中的副产物。利用食用菌生物降解与转化红薯渣形成发酵液,以此发酵液为主要原料,经过均质、调配等工艺,制成浅黄白色、黏度适中、状态均匀的膳食纤维饮品,可以作为日常膳食纤维的补充。
Sweet potato residue is the by-product of sweet potato starch process. This text has introduced the sweet potato residue fermentation fluid through the biological degradation and translation of the edible-fungus. Through the grinding and mixing the fermentation fluid has been made into buff white, mild viscosity and uniform state dietary fiber beverage, which can be used complementation of the dietary fiber.
