摘要 目的综述白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,1L-4)的研究进展。方法对近年来的文献进行整理归纳。结果IL-4在介导炎症以及过敏性疾病的发生发展中起着极其重要的作用,因此寻找高效IL-4抑制剂或拮抗剂是此类疾病药物研究的有效途径;同时IL-4及其结构修饰物在肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等方面研究中显示出一定的效果。结论IL-4在免疫网络调节中作用复杂,在不同的疾病治疗中应进一步明确其作用机制,进行合理药物设计、改造或采用更有效的治疗方案以提高治疗效果、减小不良反应。
