摘要
三峡大坝坝顶门式启闭机起升机构的最大扬程达到150m,门机抓梁随行电缆重量达到350kg,如此高的扬程和电缆重量,使目前所选电缆卷筒不堪重负,屡次拉断电缆。采用变频技术对传统方案实施改进,通过张力或力矩检测调节卷筒运行速度,达到与起升机构精确同步,释放电缆方式由被动变主动,可以基本克服电缆被拉断的缺陷。
The Three Gorges dam top gantry sluicegate hoist has a maximum lifting height of 150 meters and the cables traveling with the lifting mechanism weighs up to 350 kilograms.Cable breakage faults occur frequently.In respones to it,improvements are made to the lifting mechanism.Variable frequency technology is adopted in the improved design and cable reel speed can be adjusted by sensing the cable tension and reel torque,attaining synchronizing of lifting mechanism and cable reel and change in the cable reel from passively unwinding to activel unwinding.Cable breakage faults are almost removed after the improvements.
